Roof Underlay Systems

Below you will find a small selection of our roofing systems. To explore other roofing membrane options, head to our Roof Membrane section. Some are special order; if you need any advice to choose the right product or system, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember your roof pitch, site location, climate, and the time you expect the membrane to be exposed during the build phase; these are essential when choosing a roof membrane.

OMEGA 180 ROOF UNDERLAY

The Omega 180  is one of our customer favourites, offering a quality membrane at a competitive price. The product comes with or without integrated edge sealing tapes; it can be installed over rafters or directly onto the face of insulation or sheeting. If you live in a territory with either high snow, rain or wind load or want the best protection then the integrated sealing tape option is recommended. You can of course also seal all overlaps and junctions with Airstop Frozen or Omega Quilli Adhesive. To complete the system, we recommend using PE NDB Nail sealing tape fitted to the underside of roof battens to seal all nail penetrations, which is particularly important if you have snow in your territory. Its UV resistance allows you four weeks to complete your tiled roof. Of course, you can buy any of these products individually.

OMEGA MONO 200 ROOF UNDERLAY

The Omega 200  is a Monolithic membrane offering up to 12 weeks of UV resistance to complete your tiled roof. At 200 grams per sq meter, it also has a heavier grade fleece than some competing products and offers a robust textured surface that helps to reduce slipping. The product comes with or without integrated edge sealing tapes; it can be installed over rafters or directly onto the face of insulation or sheeting. The integrated sealing tape option is highly recommended if you live in a territory with either high snow, rain or wind load. The membrane can also be sealed at overlaps and other junctions using Airstop Frozen or Omega Quilli. To complete the system, we recommend using PE NDB Nail sealing tape fitted to the underside of roof battens to seal all nail penetrations, which is particularly important if you have snow in your territory. Of course, you can buy any of these products individually.
